Production

The general selection standard is to determine the thickness of the welding ribbon based on the thickness of the battery sheet and the short-circuit current. The width of the welding ribbon should be consistent with the width of the main grid line of the battery. The softness and hardness of the welding ribbon generally depends on the thickness of the battery sheet and the welding tools. Manual soldering requires that the softer the ribbon, the better. The soft ribbon will be in good contact with the battery after the soldering iron passes by. The stress generated during the soldering process is very small, which can reduce the fragmentation rate.
